All home inspections should be done by a properly trained home inspector. It is very important as the client that you find a home inspecting company who require their home inspectors to have thorough and proper training through a certified Home Inspection Institute.
Here at Valley Home Inspectors, you can rest assured that our home inspectors have been properly trained through AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute), a certified Home Inspections Institute. They also are members of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). We are also PA DEP ( Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection) certified to test for radon and PSMA (Pennsylvania Septic Management Association) trained to test on site septic systems. |
