They will provide a detailed inspection report that is often times 20+ pages. It is highly recommended the client read the entire inspection report.
There are several main components to a home inspection. These components include the exterior, interior, structural, heating, plumbing, electrical and roofing inspection. Each of these areas is broken down into subcategories in the home inspection report so they can be easily understood.
